Biennial Meeting 2024 Registration Fees Payment
Pay your registration fees below by credit card by choosing the appropriate options. There are three options with one each for doctor registration fee, spouse/guest registration fee and workshop fee. Please add each option desired to your cart before making your payment. In addition, you must print and send the registration form to the Charles Tweed Foundation in Tucson, Arizona.
