Hotel Accommodations

  The Hotel Chateau Porro Pirelli, 4 star hotel in Induno Olona-Varese, has been selected to host the Congress. Surrounded by a shady 18th-century park, the Hotel Chateau Porro Pirelli is a historic patrician villa just a few kilometres from Varese, Lake Maggiore and the Swiss border. A contingent of Superior rooms has been reserved for participants in the Congress.



• Hotel Villa Castiglioni 4 Star - www.hotelvillacastiglioni.it
  Situated at a walking distance from the Congress venue, the Hotel Villa Castiglioni is an old prestigious residence, built at the beginning of XIX century by the Malnati, a noble family from Milan. It was bought in 1821 by Ermenegildo Castiglioni. The villa was opened to the public and converted into a hotel in 1988. Its enchanting centuries-old park covers 50,000 square metres and houses an impressive selection of trees.



• Hotel Europa 3 Star - www.hoteleuropavarese.it Situated at a 15 min. distance by bus from the congress venue, the hotel is an 18th century style building, completely refurbished and located in the historical centre, in the area called the “Brera” of Varese, known for its typical restaurants, pubs, wine shops and magnificent internal courtyards. Bus service will be available for participants in the Congress.

The indicated rates, in Euro, are valid for the period of the Congress and include one overnight stay, breakfast, taxes and V.A.T. The first night deposit must be mailed to area&20 Srl within June 30, 2008. After this date availability is not guaranteed and rates may increase.

TO RESERVE ROOMS:

1. Fill in the enclosed Hotel Accommodation and Congress Tours Form and specify the hotel and type of room desired as well as arrival and departure dates.



2. Send the form to area&20 Srl:

3. area&20 Srl will send a written confirmation for all the reservations. Payment must be made by the same method used for the registration in the Congress. Hotel reservation forms without the first night's deposit will not be considered. area&20 Srl will send a voucher, which must be presented at the check-in at the hotel, specifying the name and address of the hotel and confirming the reservation and receipt of the deposit. The hotel will issue receipt of payment (inclusive of deposit).

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to area&20 Srl. area&20 will refund 50% of the hotel deposit for cancellations postmarked beforeJuly 15, 2008. No refund will be made for cancellations after this date.
